The Role

We are seeking an innovative and visionary Chief Information & Technology Officer (CIO) to lead our technology strategy and drive transformative initiatives, including the launch and evolution of CAREFORCE24, our custom-built ERP platform. This is your opportunity to shape the future of home care by leveraging cutting-edge technologies like AI, predictive analytics, and machine learning to enhance client and caregiver outcomes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Own the IT Roadmap: Developed and executed a comprehensive IT roadmap to drive revenue growth, optimize costs, and achieve key business objectives. Identified and integrated emerging technologies to position CAREFORCE24 as an industry-leading platform and maintain a competitive edge
AI Strategy Development: Developed and executed a comprehensive AI roadmap to enhance predictive analytics, automation, and machine learning, driving operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Demonstrated expertise in implementing AI-driven strategies tailored to business needs
Digital Transformation Leadership: Drive scalable and agile digital transformation strategies across CAREFORCE24 and other platforms, aligning with business growth and objectives
Emerging Technology Integration: Identify and adopt emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge, ensuring CAREFORCE24 evolves as an industry-leading platform
Data-Driven Culture Advocacy: Implement advanced analytics and business intelligence tools to empower data-informed decision-making across all levels of the organization
Technology Operations Excellence: Establish and uphold best practices for performance, security, and reliability across all technology systems and platforms
Budget Management: Strategically manage the technology budget to maximize ROI for CAREFORCE24 development and broader IT initiatives
Team Leadership & Development: Build and inspire a high-performing tech team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and professional growth
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with leadership and stakeholders to align technology strategies with business goals, ensuring CAREFORCE24 delivers value across the organization

Travel Requirements

This is a remote position that will require, at minimum, 1 day each month physically in-office at our El Segundo, CA headquarters (or other locations within California)
Additionally, leadership meetings or business reviews may require multiple consecutive travel days to California or throughout the United States, depending on business needs.

What You Bring To The Table

Proven expertise in designing and implementing AI-driven strategies, leveraging predictive analytics and machine learning to deliver impactful business outcomes
Expertise in leading large-scale digital transformations, particularly involving custom-built platforms within Salesforce
Strong knowledge of emerging technologies and their practical application in enhancing operational performance
Experience integrating third-party solutions into proprietary platforms for seamless scalability and usability
Demonstrated success in cultivating a data-driven culture through advanced analytics and business intelligence tools
Proficiency in managing secure, reliable, and high-performing technology systems to support organizational goals
Strong financial acumen in optimizing technology budgets and ensuring cost-effective innovation
Leadership skills to build, mentor, and inspire high-performing technology teams
Exceptional ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align technology initiatives with broader business strategies
Ability and willingness to roll up the sleeves and work alongside teammates to accomplish key initiatives
