About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Administrator to manage and support our enterprise IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Conditional Access Policies, Palo Alto Firewalls, Desktop Administration (Windows and MacOS), and Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies. This role is critical to ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable IT operations across the organization.

As a RADICL IT Admin, You Will

Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
Manage Intune for device compliance, application deployment, and endpoint security.
Design, implement, and monitor Conditional Access Policies to enforce secure access controls.
Configure and maintain Palo Alto Firewalls, including rule sets, VPNs, and threat prevention features.
Provide desktop support and administration for Windows and MacOS environments.
Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) across the business’s applications
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of IT systems and services.
Deploy and manage an ITSM system.
Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for internal knowledge base.

Your Skillset/experience Should Include

Proven experience in IT administration with a focus on M365 enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Intune administration.
Experience with Conditional Access Policies and identity management.
Hands-on expertise with Palo Alto Firewalls and network security.
Proficiency in desktop support and endpoint management.
Familiarity with SSO technologies and federated identity systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and documentation abilities.
Relevant certifications are a plus.
