Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for division desktop and laptop computers, including software installation, troubleshooting, hardware deployment, and overall system maintenance.
Diagnose and resolve both hardware and software issues through local and remote support.
Collaborate with the Helpdesk team to ensure excellent customer service and IT support for staff.

Qualifications:

Experience: 3 years minimum of IT support experience, including workstation hardware/software troubleshooting, networking, helpdesk support, software/hardware installation, and documentation.
Hands-on experience with computer system maintenance, software and hardware installation.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Computer Systems Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, Technology Administration, Computer Support, or a related field preferred.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft (MCSE, MCTS, MCITP, MCDST) are preferred.
