🕵️♀️ What You’ll Be Doing
- Own our fraud mitigation strategies and keep us a step ahead of bad actors
- Lead investigations into debit card, ACH, wire, check, account takeover fraud, identity theft, and elder financial exploitation
- Collaborate across departments to escalate and neutralize risk
- Stay on the pulse of emerging fraud tech and trends
- Keep our bank (and our customers) safe and sleep soundly at night knowing you nailed it
🔍 What You Bring
- Expertise and/or knowledge in ACH, debit card, wire, check fraud, identity theft and elder financial exploitation
- A sharp, analytical mind with a knack for solving problems before they escalate
- Stellar communication skills and able to explain fraud trends in plain English
- Integrity, accountability, and a relentless drive to do the right thing
Bonus Points If You Also Bring
- Education or experience in criminal justice, investigations, or public safety
- A passion for protecting others and an interest in financial crime prevention
- The ability to think like a fraudster, so you can stop them before they strike
- Curiosity and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
- A non-traditional background, we welcome candidates looking to break into banking fraud from adjacent fields like law enforcement, cybersecurity, or compliance
