Core Responsibilities
- Perform cybersecurity controls testing and cybersecurity program capability assessments.
- Support and execute cybersecurity audits against frameworks (NIST CSF, CRI Profile, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, CIS Benchmarks) and regulatory requirements.
- Execute cybersecurity threat and risk assessments.
- Develop recommendations and roadmaps to mitigate risks and enhance cybersecurity posture.
- Assist with remediation plan execution following assessments.
- Manage external client engagements from planning through reporting.
- Collaborate and communicate with key client stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues, and recommend improvements.
- Stay current on cybersecurity trends, risks, and industry best practices.
- Participate in internal and external professional development and training.
- Adhere to high professional standards and strict client confidentiality.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar cybersecurity consulting or audit role.
- Demonstrated experience in cyber controls testing and audit within a Big 4 environment.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.
