This is a hybrid position based out of our Des Moines, IA office.
What we’re looking for:
SHAZAM is looking for aIT Auditorto join our team. In this role, you will execute information technology (IT) examinations, compliance examinations, and consultative services for our clients.
What you'll do:
- Prepare walkthrough narratives and process documentation to assist in identifying key controls for critical systems and processes.
- Execute and document validation procedures to ensure required security policies, control objectives, processes, and procedures are in place and operating effectively.
- Use analytical and conceptual thinking to understand process and formulate recommendations.
- Provide complete written and/or verbal results to the client in an accurate and timely manner.
- Effectively convey technical and control information to client’s operating management. Provide detailed recommendations for corrective action.
What you need:
- Minimum of two years of internal or external audit experience.
- Strong knowledge of generally accepted audit standards (GAAS), NIST Standards, & Technology Governance.
- CISA, CISSP, CIA, CPA certifications required or in the process of obtaining.
