The RoleWe’re seeking a Systems Administrator who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to do more than just maintain systems. This is a hands-on role where you’ll organize existing programs, build scalable infrastructure, and lay the foundation for a growing IT team.

What You’ll Do- Manage, configure, and optimize IT systems (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SaaS applications).
- Streamline and standardize IT programs across corporate HQ and franchise operations.
- Develop secure, scalable infrastructure to support national expansion.
- Troubleshoot system issues, monitor performance, and support users across locations.
- Document IT processes and create SOPs for consistent system use.
- Partner with leadership to evaluate and implement new technology tools.
- Build toward leading and mentoring a future IT team.
What We’re Looking For- 2+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator, IT Systems Engineer, or IT Support Specialist.
- Strong skills in Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365/Microsoft 365, Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of networking, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and system security best practices.
- Problem-solving mindset with excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Desire to grow into a leadership role in IT.
- Bachelors in IT field Preferred.
