Location: Miami, FL (Fully Onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $65,000 to $85,000 per year (based on experience)
Overview
We're looking for an IT Generalist a Systems Administrator to join our team onsite in Miami. This person will be responsible for keeping our firms tech running smoothly — everything from setting up new hires to troubleshooting day-to-day issues. It's a hands-on role that covers systems, networking, hardware, and user support. If you're someone who likes solving problems and wearing multiple hats, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
- Respond to tickets and help users with day-to-day tech problems
- Set up and onboard new employees, including devices, accounts, and access permissions
- Offboard departing employees, removing access and recovering equipment
- Provide support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and other core systems
- Maintain and troubleshoot Windows workstations
- Support local network infrastructure including Wi-Fi, VPN, switches, and firewalls
- Track and manage IT assets, order equipment, and keep inventory up to date
- Coordinate projects and requirements with external vendors (e.g., ISP, hardware/software providers)
- Create and update internal IT documentation and help articles
- Report on systems status, project updates, and support trends
