A leading global financial organization is seeking a Director of Identity & Access Management to guide the next phase of its enterprise IAM evolution. This role owns strategy, design, and execution across authentication, governance, and access lifecycle management, ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant identity operations worldwide.
What You’ll Tackle
- Define and execute the enterprise IAM strategy aligned to business and security objectives
- Lead and mentor a high-performing IAM engineering and operations team
- Design and deploy secure authentication and access control solutions using Azure AD / Entra ID
- Integrate IAM with existing systems for provisioning, lifecycle management, and audit readiness
- Establish identity governance policies and enforce access control standards
- Partner with stakeholders in Security, Risk, and Compliance to meet regulatory and internal requirements
- Continuously assess IAM posture and implement ongoing improvements
What You Bring
- 10+ years in IAM, security, or related fields, with deep technical and leadership experience
- Proven success implementing SSO, MFA, and privileged access frameworks
- Strong background in Azure Active Directory / Entra ID architecture and operations
- Expertise in identity governance, provisioning, and role-based access control
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with modern identity tools (Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk)
- Experience automating access workflows and policy enforcement
