Prevail-IT Solutions USA Inc provides managed IT and cloud services to businesses across the U.S. We’re looking for a reliable local technician in the Fort Lauderdale area who can assist with on-site support when our clients need hands-on service.
Responsibilities
- Visit client sites in the Broward / Fort Lauderdale area as needed
- Troubleshoot and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Handle basic to intermediate networking (switches, routers, cabling, Wi-Fi setup)
- Support Microsoft 365 (user setup, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive issues)
- Assist with hardware installations and replacements
- Follow remote instructions from our central support team
- Provide clear visit reports and updates after each job
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support or field technician roles
- Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Basic understanding of networking and Active Directory
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and professionalism with clients
- Availability for same-day or next-day calls when possible
