Key Accountabilities
Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators
- Detailed consumer survey activity with the help of local vendors, timely installation of meters and it's synchronisation with the HES
- To liaison with counter parties (Discom, outsourcing agencies, local administration etc.) & to develop stakeholder relationship for ensuring support and smooth project execution.
- Ensuring fault resolution within SLA defined timelines.
- Periodic team & installation agency review on installation progress / quality of installations.
- Supervisory / Surprise on site visits.
- Submission of Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly reports to management on progress.
- Meter installation schedule
- Supervisory checks
- Certifying vendor invoices
- Monthly operational targets
