Location: Hybrid (Austin, TX / East Bay, CA / New York, NY / San Francisco, CA)
Salary: Up to $240,000 + Equity

What You’ll Drive
Lead and grow a high-performing infrastructure engineering team that designs, scales, and operates critical infrastructure spanning commercial and FedRAMP environments. Own core foundational services such as Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, observability tooling, and data infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and compliance.
What You’ll Focus On
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for infrastructure aligning with product and regulatory requirements
- Manage and optimize AWS, Kubernetes, Aurora PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, and related core services
- Drive cost management, strategic vendor partnerships, and operational standards for observability and incident response
- Collaborate with InfoSec to ensure FedRAMP, SOC 2, and PCI compliance
- Mentor and expand a talented team of infrastructure engineers
- Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams to enable fast, secure software delivery
Who You Are
- 10+ years in infrastructure or platform engineering, with deep AWS and Kubernetes expertise
- 3–5 years managing infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE teams
- Strong experience operating production systems on AWS, Terraform, and observability platforms like Datadog or Prometheus
- Hands-on with relational databases (Postgres/Aurora) and scripting in Python or Go
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks FedRAMP, PCI, and SOC 2
- Excellent communicator able to thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
