Who We’re Looking ForYou’re a technical founder-mindset builder with deep experience in AI infrastructure, ML systems, or distributed data architecture. You thrive on complexity, move fast, and build things that endure. You want to define the architecture of a once-in-a-generation platform and lead a team driven by purpose and precision.
You Will- Architect and scale AllyIn’s AI stack (RAG, telemetry, multi-agent reasoning, knowledge graphs).
- Lead technical design, infrastructure, and reliability from day zero.
- Build and mentor an elite engineering team.
- Work directly with hyperscalers, EPCs, and energy operators on forward-deployed pilots.
- Represent AllyIn’s technology to investors and enterprise partners.
You Bring- 7–15 years in AI/ML systems, distributed computing, or datacenter engineering.
- Hands-on expertise with model serving, telemetry, and large-scale data systems.
- End-to-end understanding from GPU clusters to reasoning runtimes.
- Ability to operate in a high-intensity, founder-led environment — always on, never average.
- Bias for action and ownership over comfort.
Important NoteThis role is equity-only until our seed round closes (expected in 6–9 months).
