As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting our Windows, Mac, and virtual desktop environments. In this role, you’ll ensure reliable system performance, manage device lifecycle operations, and contribute to automation initiatives that improve efficiency and ensure compliance to security standards.
Here’s a snapshot of what you’d be doing:
- Work with Systems Architects and Engineers to ensure the highest reliability and performance possible in the end-point environment.
- Assist in preparing, maintaining, and upholding procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring end-user device, VDI, or Mac operations.
- Maintain detailed documentation about specific systems and store in a centralized repository.
- Assist other teams within Technology through cross-training and/or administrative tools.
- Conduct research on end-user devices in support of standardization and procurement efforts.
- Contribute to and maintain system standards.
- Follow change management practices.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
- Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.

- 1+ year(s) of experience as a Windows, Windows Server, VDI, or Mac/JAMF Systems Administrator
- 1+ years(s) of experience writing and maintaining scripts or modules in PowerShell, bash, or similar language to automate endpoint tasks
- Proven ability to manage device lifecycle automation in an enterprise environment
- Ability to create directory structures and group policy in on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments
- Ability to package, test, and deploy OS software updates and 3rd party patches
- Ability to track and report patch status against compliance guidelines
- Proficient in basic computer technologies, appropriate for an internet-based company
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Available to work outside normal business hours and/or on weekends
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, lift, and carry boxes
