Essential Duties:
- Administer and maintain Windows servers in an on-prem environment
- Manage and optimize virtualized environments using VMware and Hyper-V
- Perform server patching, hardening, and build-outs in coordination with the InfoSec team
- Establish and maintain patching cycles for Windows infrastructure
- Work with Active Directory in a mid-sized enterprise setting
- Document technical procedures and configurations using Confluence and Google Docs
- Respond to and manage tasks via ServiceNow ticketing system
- Spin up and configure multiple VMs as needed
- Ensure operational readiness and performance optimization of server infrastructure
