Role Description
We are seeking a seasoned, ambitious, and highly proficient Director of Managed Service Provider (MSP) Operations & Growth to lead our IT division. This key leadership role requires a blend of executive strategy, technical mastery, and P&L accountability. The Director will be responsible for managing all aspects of service delivery for our existing client base, driving significant revenue growth through effective sales support, and scaling the technical team and processes to meet future demand.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in the MSP space and possesses the technical depth to personally resolve complex, multi-platform infrastructure
Qualifications
The candidate must be self-proficient in managing all aspects of enterprise environments across hybrid and cloud platforms:
- Operating Systems & Identity: Expert management of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange (on-prem/hybrid).
- Cloud Ecosystems: Deep expertise in administering Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams), Azure (Entra and core services), and AWS (core compute, networking, and security services).
- Virtualization: Hands-on experience with both enterprise and open-source virtualization platforms.
- Networking & Security: Strong understanding of core network principles including VLANs, routing protocols, firewall management, and security applications such as SentinelOne (Endpoint Protection) and Proofpoint (Email Security).
Data Integrity: Proven track record in configuring and managing robust backup and disaster recovery solutions.
