• Extend ISO-NE’s existing Jenkins based pipelines with event-driven automation and intelligent build orchestration.
AI-Enhanced Developer Experience
• Research, prototype, and integrate AI assistants and agents into our delivery pipelines (e.g., AI-seeded documentation, PR reviewers, test generators).
• Establish frameworks for prompt management, context injection, and governance of AI-assisted workflows.
Process & Productization

• Support “Docs as Code” initiatives, including automated documentation pipelines, linting, and publication workflows.
• Contribute to the design of developer-facing templates, guardrails, and onboarding experiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Architecture, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure teams to ensure platform automation aligns with security and compliance guardrails.
• Partner with CPE engineers to codify and publish internal best practices via reusable Terraform modules, templates, and Jenkins pipelines.
Minimum Requirements / Education
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure Automation.
• Strong proficiency with AWS, including services such as ECS, EKS, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, and networking components.
• Expertise in Terraform and infrastructure-as-code design patterns.
• Extensive experience in CI/CD pipeline development, preferably using Jenkins or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Practical experience with scripting or general-purpose languages (Python, Bash, Go, or similar).
• Proven ability to build automation frameworks and reusable patterns that scale across teams.
• Excellent written communication skills, particularly in documenting and operationalizing internal processes
