We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to provide critical technical support, manage systems, and contribute to process improvement across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end users across the organization
- Manage and resolve help desk tickets using Fit Prints or similar ticketing systems
- Administer Windows-based systems and Office 365 applications
- Support basic server operations and assist with system upgrades and maintenance
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with staff
- Escalate complex technical issues appropriately and ensure follow-through to resolution
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- Strong proficiency in Windows OS and Office 365 administration
- Experience managing help desk operations and ticketing systems
- Exposure to server environments is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
