Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced IAM Consultant / Engineer with deep hands-on expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-grade IAM solutions, primarily focusing on Saviynt or SailPoint, with additional exposure to Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies.
This position is highly technical and requires strong engineering skills for application onboarding, connector integration, troubleshooting, and configuration—while collaborating with clients and stakeholders to deliver secure and compliant IAM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions focused on IGA (Saviynt or SailPoint).
- Perform application onboarding and connector integrations across diverse platforms.
- Configure policies, roles, and workflows in IGA tools to meet governance and compliance needs.
- Manage and support Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea.
- Configure and maintain SSO and federation using Okta and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for IAM operations (PowerShell, Python, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define access control models and governance policies.
- Support audit, compliance, and access certification initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
Overall Experience:
- 10+ years of professional experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
Technical Expertise:
- IGA Tools: Saviynt (preferred) or SailPoint.
- PAM Solutions: CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea.
- SSO & Federation: Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Strong understanding of IAM architecture, governance, and access control mechanisms.
- Proven experience in application onboarding, connector configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of compliance, audit, and identity lifecycle management processes.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
