Join Central Bank as a Risk Analyst and be a key member of our Risk Management team. This position will support operational risk management, focusing primarily on corporate insurance and business continuity planning, helping us navigate challenges and seize opportunities.
Serve as the primary liaison for our corporate insurance program contacts.
Process and manage insurance claims.
Maintain policy documentation.
Collaborate and communicate with various employees, business units, and executives within the company.
Prepare applications for property & casualty and professional liability insurance for the company.
Develop, maintain, and implement strategies and plans to ensure the company can continue operations in the event of an incident or disaster.
Review, conduct, and maintain risk assessments, business impact analysis, and response and recovery plans for business units across the company footprint.
Assist with corporate training and testing/drills.
Create insightful risk management reports for management and risk committees.
Build and nurture effective working relationships to address risk management matters collaboratively.
Monitor and analyze risks within Central Bank’s business units, providing actionable insights to leadership.

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
At Least 1 Year Of Banking Experience Preferred.
Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with management and persuade cooperation from employees.
Strong personal management skills, including time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Flexibility to adapt to work routines required during audits, examinations, or other special reviews.
