Title: SailPoint IAM Operations Analyst
Location: Mount Laurel, NJ (Onsite Preferred; Remote for Right Candidate)

Job Summary
This is NOT a developer role — the focus is on operations, troubleshooting, and access issue resolution within SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow.
If you have hands-on SailPoint experience with provisioning, workflows, and identity lifecycle operations, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily IAM tickets related to user access, entitlement provisioning, and JML lifecycle events.
- Troubleshoot SailPoint IIQ/IdentityNow workflow failures, provisioning issues, and access not reflecting in downstream systems.
- Review workflow triggers, task executions, and logs to identify root cause.
- Investigate identity/data mismatches using SQL queries (Oracle preferred).
- Collaborate with HR, IT, App Owners, and Engineering teams to resolve user access issues.
- Validate and support Joiner/Mover/Leaver lifecycle events.
- Use existing SailPoint automation tools and dashboards (no coding required).
- Document investigations and solutions in ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira).
- Support ad-hoc access reporting and identity data validation.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of SailPoint (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow) experience.
- Experience with provisioning troubleshooting, workflow monitoring, and access issue resolution.
- Basic understanding of Java/BeanShell (no development required).
- Proficiency in SQL for identity verification and data troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of IAM lifecycle processes (JML).
- Experience working in ticket-driven IAM operations environments.
- Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Must be willing to work strict EST hours.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Active Directory, HR systems, or downstream access systems.
- Familiarity with PAM tools (CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust).
- Knowledge of SAML/OIDC, MFA, or Identity Governance.
