DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS/COO
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Reports to: CEO
Compensation: $110 - $150K + bonus
We are a growing security services organization providing protective services to private and public sector clients across the Mountain West. We support a wide range of needs from site protection to executive and high-profile personal security. Our organization is built on a commitment to reliability, service quality, accountability, and strong client relationships. We are rapidly expanding our footprint in the security space.
Your Role:
This role will serve as a key business leader responsible for driving operational excellence, organizational growth, and financial performance across the enterprise. You will manage day-to-day operations, elevate processes, and provide strategic oversight while building a strong, accountable culture.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring consistent service performance.
- Own financial performance and operate the business through P&L, margins, pricing, and cost
- accountability.
- Improve processes, systems, SOPs, and reporting to support scalable operations.
- Work with ownership on strategy, expansion, and acquisition integration.
- Strengthen company culture and leadership discipline across teams.
- Serve as a credible partner to major clients and industry stakeholders.
- Support staffing and workforce planning across multiple locations.
- Travel up to 20% for field support and client engagement.
What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years of management experience in security, protective services, facilities, defense operations, logistics, or similar service-driven environments.
- Strong financial and business acumen, including P&L oversight and operational decision- making.
- Proven ability to improve operational systems and build structure in a growing organization.
- Skilled in motivating teams, building accountability, and developing leaders.
- Confident communicator with the presence to represent the company externally.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
