Solutions Architect
Customer Engagement:
• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and requirements related to Next Generation 9-1-1 services.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase solutions, emphasizing value and benefits.
• Lead interactive sessions with customers/ pursuits to understand their problems and business goals while discussing potential solutions in real-time.
Sales Support:
• Collaborate with Sales team to develop strategies for driving sales of Next Gen Core Services, ESInet, and Call Handling solutions.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, bids, and responses to RFPs.
Technical Expertise:
• Provide technical guidance and expertise on NG9-1-1 architecture, standards, and best practices.
• Address technical questions and concerns from customers and stakeholders.
Solution Development:
• Work with Product Management and Engineering teams to tailor solutions that meet customer specifications.
• Participate in the design and configuration of systems and solutions
Market Analysis:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting NG9-1-1 services.
• Use insights to position Atos as a leader in the NG9-1-1 Public Safety sector.
• Active participant in NENA i3 standards
