The cybersecurity organization at Motorola Solutions protects our company and helps to create secure products that our customers can rely on. The Red Team is an essential part of this program and is responsible for conducting offensive cybersecurity operations on infrastructure

Job Description
Join our exceptional Red Team as a Penetration Tester and unleash your "attacker mindset" to rigorously evaluate our infrastructure and mission-critical products and services. You'll dive into a global, highly technical, and challenging environment, evolving into a technical lead and trusted collaborator. This role offers the opportunity to tackle a diverse array of operations across a wide range of technologies (both hardware and software), directly influencing the development of secure, market-leading products and fostering a cybersecurity-centric culture throughout the organization. You'll get to leverage your unique offensive security skills within a well-established program, collaborating with a highly professional team and impacting a global enterprise.
For your day-to-day responsibilities, you get to take on the following::
- Assist in the planning and execution of penetration tests

Motorola Solutions, Inc., Enterprise Strategic Accounts Team provides mission/business critical communications products, video security solutions, enterprise software, and services to large global enterprise customers.
Job Description
This role is part of the Enterprise Strategic Accounts team and acts as the customer facing resource for large global enterprise customers. The Sr. Strategic Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for coordinating all facets of Motorola Solutions’ business relationship within their assigned account base including demand generation, sales, strategic account planning and overall client relationship management.
Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Responsible for initiating relationships and coverage within selected accounts.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan for each target account covering the full portfolio of Motorola products and services that will make our customers’ operations safer and more efficient.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within assigned accounts in order to understand client business needs, impact client technology vision and prioritize funding.
- Develop partner relationships, determine competitive sales activity, review pipeline, identify and resolve issues, and to ensure sales and marketing goals are achieved.
- Leverage Inside sales channel to improve coverage and market awareness.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of applicable markets and product lines.
- Participates in customer and industry affairs as appropriate to promote Motorola Solutions and better understand industry/market trends and best practices.
- Lead response to Request for Quotation (RFQ’s), Request for Information (RFI’s) and Request for Proposal (RFP's).
- Proactively engage Motorola Solutions executive sponsors to build strategic relationships with “target” accounts to position long term opportunities for Motorola Solutions.
- Responsible for orders and sales performance in assigned accounts.
- Provide monthly forecast, monthly activity report, and customer sales reports as required.
Specific Knowledge/Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience in sales Proven success with prospecting and selling to large global enterprise customers with a diverse portfolio
- Knowledge of LMR/LTE technology, Video Security, and Enterprise Software is a strong plus
- Unique ability to establish and maintain professional relationships at all levels of the customer’s organization.
- Ability to motivate diverse cross-functional teams to action in achieving common goals
- Ability to quickly learn new key characteristics of products/solutions and communicate the value of those solutions to customers (ROI, new services/efficiencies, cost avoidance, etc.).
- Must be enthusiastic, outgoing, thorough, and detail-oriented with exceptional customer service skills and strong organizational skills
Travel Requirements:
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time within the United States with some international travel
- Candidates can live anywhere within the United States
Target Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 USD
