We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled IT Delivery Lead to spearhead the delivery, integration, and adoption of key End User Experience (EUX) technologies. In this role, you will drive complex, cross-functional initiatives that enhance productivity, security, and user experience across the enterprise. You will serve as the connective tissue between infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders—ensuring that technical solutions are not only delivered on time, but are effectively adopted and fully aligned with organizational objectives.
This position is ideal for a hands-on, strategic leader who excels at navigating ambiguity, resolving dependencies, and influencing teams without direct authority. Your ability to lead both project execution and change management will be essential in enabling successful deployments such as Windows Hello, SharePoint Access remediation, and other enterprise-scale EUX enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration Delivery
- Develop and execute integration plans for EUX initiatives.
- Ensure alignment across technical teams and manage cross-stream dependencies.
- Define and track KPIs and report progress to leadership.
Project & Change Management
- Lead governance, reporting, and risk management for integration efforts.
- Apply the appropriate project methodology (Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum) based on team and initiative needs.
- Drive change management activities and communication plans to support adoption.
Testing & Adoption
- Define testing strategies and ensure readiness for deployment.
- Support smooth adoption across business units and address post-integration issues.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery and change activities.
- Build strong relationships and facilitate decision-making across business and technical teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in IT service delivery or technology project management.
- 5+ years leading complex change management initiatives.
- Strong background in infrastructure, especially EUX and/or Microsoft deployments.
- Expertise in project management and agile frameworks.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
