What You'll Do
The Administrator, IT is responsible for maintaining and administering the technology infrastructure and systems that support the production and operation of plasma facilities. This role involves deploying, administering, and securing technology devices and software to ensure optimal performance and data security. The Administrator, IT will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and implement IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and set up Microsoft Defender for devices and O365 user accounts.
- Monitor and enforce BYOD policies.
- Assist in the provisioning of devices (Windows computers, iPads, iPhones, and Android devices).
- Support the installation of infrastructure equipment as needed.
- Administer Azure AD and Office 365 accounts.
- Perform operating systems releases, upgrades, bug fixes, security updates, and other maintenance activities.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune infrastructure equipment.
- Provide front line user support.
- Ensure adequate customer follow-up communications and timely issue status updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Identify solutions for network and user account security, viruses, spyware, adware, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
- Create and update documentation for IT supported services and applications.
- Identify operational improvements

- Associates degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years’ related hands-on IT experience, supporting users in a fast-paced environment required.
- Experience with Azure AD, Microsoft Defender, Office 365, patch management, Mobile/Desktop management (Intune, Desktop Central, or similar), Endpoint security (MS Defender, Sentinel One, or similar), VPN, IP protocols.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the principal job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards.
- Position is mainly sedentary work (office work).
- Able to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, pull, and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Must possess auditory and visual acuity.
- Ability to work day and evening hours, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed.
