DevOps Architect (Python & Containerization)

About the role
We are hiring a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Python, containerization, and Azure cloud. This role will be responsible for building scalable CI/CD pipelines, automating cloud deployments, and optimizing containerized applications in a cloud-native environment.
What You’ll Do
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (YAML), Git, and GitHub.
- Develop automation scripts and tools using Python for deployments, monitoring, and operations.
- Design, build, and manage containerized workloads using Docker, ACR, Helm, and AKS.
- Implement IaC with Terraform/ARM/Bicep for repeatable environment provisioning.
- Build secure and resilient Azure environments (Key Vault, VNets, App Gateway, API Management).
- Enable DevSecOps practices including security scans, image validation, and policy enforcement.
- Work closely with development teams to streamline delivery and improve cloud reliability.
What We’re Looking For
- 8–12+ years of DevOps/Cloud Engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on skill with Azure DevOps, YAML pipelines, Git, and automation.
- Solid Python experience for scripting, automation, and infrastructure tooling.
- Deep knowledge of Docker, container lifecycle management, and AKS orchestration.
- Experience with Terraform/Helm/Bicep and cloud-native monitoring (Azure Monitor/Prometheus/Grafana).
- Strong understanding of cloud security, RBAC, identities, and governance in Azure.
Nice to Have
- Azure certifications (AZ-400, AZ-104, AZ-305).
- Experience with service mesh, API gateways, and microservices deployments.
- Knowledge of Linux, Bash, PowerShell, or distributed systems concepts.
