Hiring: Lead – Endpoint Management

Location: Plano, TX

What You’ll Be DoingMobile Device Management (MDM)

Manage enterprise mobile devices to ensure compliance, security, and superior user experience.
Oversee app and device support using SOTI and Intune.
Manage device refresh cycles, testing of new devices/OS, and lead beta initiatives.
Implement device/app protection strategies and manage licensing.
Integrate Generative AI solutions to automate MDM workflows and create AI-driven insights.
Train teams on MDM best practices and emerging technologies.

Compute & Peripheral Device Standards

Define and maintain standards for OS (iOS/Windows/Linux), browsers, and GPOs.
Leverage AI-driven automation to optimize device management processes.
Implement Modern OUs, LAPS, and manage model/vendor transitions.
Oversee desktop/laptop standards, imaging, and group policy compliance.
Collaborate on integrating AI into device management workflows.
Wireless Telecom Management
Work with telecom carriers to optimize costs and enhance services.
Use AI insights to analyze telecom data and improve decision-making.
Set corporate phone standards, reconcile billing, and eliminate unused lines.
Automate telecom processes and manage monthly invoicing.
Lead corporate phone refresh initiatives and carrier contract discussions.

Device Management (Windows / Mac / Linux)

Manage Windows endpoints using SCCM (On-Prem) and Intune (Cloud).
Oversee Mac lifecycle management using Jamf with standards and best practices.
Build and maintain device images across multiple platforms.
Perform hardware/software inventory reporting and upgrade management.
Implement Autopilot, software packaging, and automate device-management workflows.
Drive AI integration into endpoint management processes.

Enterprise Printing Management

Support secure printing with Canon MFDs across office locations.
Manage warehouse printers via Peak Technologies.
Migrate fax lines to RightFax and oversee printer refresh activities.
Support R&D printing systems (iWSAM) and handle vendor invoice management.

What You Bring (Basic Requirements)

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of IT management experience focused on enterprise compute devices.
Strong hands-on experience with SCCM, Intune, Jamf, and enterprise printing.
Experience integrating Generative AI for automation and device management improvements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-project management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
Knowledge of ITIL or similar frameworks; scripting/AI automation is a plus.
