Position: Server Systems Administrator
Description:
As a Server Systems Engineer within Hosting entity, you will keep our systems up and running in optimal condition so that healthcare organizations can provide amazing care with the help of our software. You'll have a hand in the development of tools to support operating systems, troubleshoot and debug code, and monitor overall system health for some of the largest healthcare organizations in the industry. You'll create disaster and contingency plans, develop and share expert knowledge in systems and database administration, coordinate with third party hardware vendors, and have the opportunity to work with systems on a scale that is pushing the edge of technology.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in math, MIS, Accounting, Finance, Financial, Marketing preferred.
A history of academic and professional success.
Knowledge of Linux or Windows system administration, virtualization, scripting, automation, or DevOps processes is a plus, but not necessary.
Willingness to travel 1-2 weeks per year.
Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
Available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
