We are seeking a skilled Technical Identity and Access Management Specialist to assist with the non-prod buildout of Ping Identity products including PingFederate, PingDirectory, and PingOne MFA. This role requires a technical expert with hands-on experience in implementing enterprise solutions, configuring identity and access management products, and resolving complex issues in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy non-production environments for PingFederate, PingDirectory, and PingOne MFA, ensuring robust performance and security.
- Configure and customize the Ping Identity products according to organizational requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand architectural requirements and integrate identity solutions seamlessly within the broader enterprise infrastructure.
- Provide expert guidance on networking aspects related to the implementation of Ping Identity products, focusing on connectivity, security groups, and firewall configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues arising in the development and configuration stages effectively and swiftly to minimize downtime.
- Document all configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting procedures to ensure knowledge retention and transfer.
- Utilize industry-standard tools and practices to monitor system performance, implement improvements, and optimize infrastructure.
- Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions to empower team members with the skills necessary to manage and maintain the identity solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Ping Identity products including PingFederate, PingDirectory, and PingOne MFA.
- Strong background in enterprise-level Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution implementation and administration.
- Solid understanding of identity solution architecture and ability to design scalable systems.
- Skilled in networking and security protocols, including TCP/IP, firewall management, and SSO integrations.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues proactively.
- Excellent documentation skills with a focus on clarity and completeness.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Relevant certifications (such as Ping Identity Certified Professional) are highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud technologies and integration of IAM solutions in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools relevant to IAM.
