Akkodis is seeking a Accessibility Tester for Contract (W2) with a client in Addison, TX/Chandler, AZ- Hybrid - (3 days onsite in a week). Ideally, we are looking for candidates with a strong background in Accessibility, Testing, WCAG, QA Automation, Manual, Mobile device, Mobile testing
Pay Range: $50 -$52/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Note : Need Accessibility Tester with QA Automation experience
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for testing and delivering complex software to accomplish business outcomes. These individuals are subject matter experts on testing practices ensuring that software is tested to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements. They help condition and generate test data, build and execute both manual and automated test suites, record and communicate the test results, and assist with triaging defects.
- Minimum of 5 years of QA experience
- Well-versed with all the aspects of SDLC and Agile concepts
- Strong development skills with ability to understand technical design and translate the same into workable solution
- Strong in Functional testing
- Strong in Accessibility testing
- Strong in Automation Testing
- Experience or exposure in Agile methodology
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Strong knowledge in Agile methodology
- Able to create detailed, comprehensive test cases/scripts/scenarios based on Business requirements/user stories
- Experience with JIRA
- Able to apply test strategies
- Ability to provide testing status/reporting
- Resource who has previously done enterprise application development or at least obtained the strong level of education in information systems/application development that provides for a full understanding of distributed enterprise applications – the components, the lifecycle, etc.
- Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure
- High proficiency on MS office skills
- Excellent Communication skills
