Job Title: Systems Administrator / DevOps Engineer (Hybrid)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator with DevOps experience to support and scale our infrastructure across cloud, on-prem, and factory environments. This role blends hands-on systems administration, automation, endpoint management, and cloud operations. You will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and IT stakeholders to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and optimize Windows-based infrastructure including Microsoft Domain Controllers, Active Directory, Azure administration, and identity services.
- Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure automation using GitOps workflows, Terraform, and Ansible.
- Support and enhance CI/CD and infrastructure delivery pipelines.
- Oversee endpoint management across a diverse environment:
- MDM / Intune
- FleetDM (similar to JAMF)
- Physical devices for factory workers, remote employees, and embedded systems within machining equipment
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance, reliability, and security across cloud and on-prem systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable and maintainable infrastructure solutions.
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and configuration standards.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and incident response as needed.
