Are you a skilled Network/System Administrator with strong experience in routing, switching, SD-WAN, and enterprise-level network support? We’re looking for a highly technical professional to join our Edge Networking team, supporting a large, complex environment and ensuring stable and secure network operations.
Responsibilities:
• Install, configure & maintain switches, routers, firewalls, wireless & SD-WAN devices
• Troubleshoot complex LAN/WAN issues using industry-standard tools
• Support network architecture, capacity planning & upgrade initiatives
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve incidents & support change management
• Create and maintain Visio network diagrams & documentation
• Work with ServiceNow/Remedy tickets and provide Tier-2 support
• Evaluate emerging technologies & contribute to network optimization efforts
Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong hands-on experience with network switching, routing & troubleshooting
• Knowledge of routing protocols, network monitoring & automation
• Experience with SD-WAN is a plus
• CCNA/CCNP or equivalent hands-on expertise preferred
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
