Role OverviewWe are seeking a driven and detail-oriented End User Computing (EUC) Technician to bridge the gap between Infrastructure, Helpdesk, and Security. This role will focus on endpoint management, Office 365 administration, and video conferencing support while serving as Tier 3 escalation for Helpdesk issues. The ideal candidate will take ownership, demonstrate initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesEndpoint Management & Architecture- Design and manage configurations in Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro
- Oversee device lifecycle management: enrollment, patching, compliance, and deprovisioning
- Improve endpoint security, automation, and standardization
- Track and report on device metrics, compliance, and performance
Office 365 Administration- Act as SME for Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Provide Tier 3 support and lead new feature rollouts
- Monitor usage, licensing, and policy compliance
Infrastructure & Helpdesk Collaboration- Serve as Tier 3 escalation point for endpoint and O365 issues
- Partner with Infrastructure and Security teams to align architecture and policies
- Coach Helpdesk staff, improve documentation, and identify systemic issues
- Lead or support infrastructure projects impacting endpoint performance
Video Conferencing & Collaboration Tools- Maintain and support corporate AV and conferencing systems (Zoom, Teams Rooms, Cisco, Neat)
- Troubleshoot and optimize hybrid meeting experiences
Continuous Improvement & Reporting- Analyze endpoint and support data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Propose and implement improvements to user experience and device management standards
- Deliver regular reports on compliance, health, and user satisfaction
Required Qualifications- 3+ years in IT with focus on endpoint management and end-user support
- 2+ years hands-on with Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro
- Strong Office 365 administration skills (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Experience supporting AV and video conferencing systems (Zoom, Cisco, Neat)
- Proficiency with scripting/automation (PowerShell, Bash, or similar)
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications- Jamf Certified Admin or Microsoft Endpoint Manager certification
- Experience in hybrid Mac/Windows enterprise environments
- Familiarity with identity, access, and device security (MFA, conditional access)
