Overview
We are seeking a skilled Information Systems Analyst (ISA) to provide technical support, systems administration, security oversight, and infrastructure operations for a large, complex program environment. The ISA will be part of a Technology Support Team responsible for supporting end users, maintaining IT systems, improving workflows, and ensuring secure, reliable operations.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong customer-service skills and a solid foundation across systems, networks, and IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
n this role, the Information Systems Analyst will provide comprehensive technical support across systems, applications, and infrastructure. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; administer Windows operating environments; support identity and access management; and maintain reliable system performance through patching, updates, and monitoring.
You will also assist with network troubleshooting, uphold security and compliance standards, and collaborate with cybersecurity teams on prevention, incident response, and remediation activities.
Additional responsibilities include supporting end users with application issues, documenting work through ticketing systems, preparing technical and user documentation, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes. You will contribute to project tasks by gathering requirements, producing system and workflow documentation, identifying workflow improvements, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential as you support field office setups, equipment moves, and evolving operational needs.
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- OR equivalent experience on a year-for-year basis
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure operations
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Windows OS and PC hardware troubleshooting
- Understanding of IP networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Active Directory, user account management, and group policies
- Exposure to remote support tools (RDP, TeamViewer, etc.)
- Familiarity with endpoint protection, system patching, and cybersecurity best practices
- Ability to diagnose and resolve application issues
- Experience working with ticketing systems and documenting technical work
- Ability to create and update technical documentation and user procedures

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior work on large infrastructure or public sector programs is a plus
