As a Monitoring & Incident Response Analyst, you’ll be on the front lines ensuring network and infrastructure services stay healthy, available, and secure. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to step up during high-impact incidents.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Monitor network, systems, and critical services in real time
- Perform Tier 1/2 troubleshooting and respond to service alerts
- Handle escalations from the Service Desk (tickets, calls, MS Teams)
- Coordinate incident bridges and track remediation efforts
- Document incidents, updates, and after-action reports
- Maintain SOPs and ensure operational readiness
- Work closely with Network Engineers, service providers, and leadership during outages
🎯 What You Bring
- 4+ years in IT operations or technical support
- Strong Windows support experience + proficiency in MS Office
- Hands-on with ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar ITSM tools
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and incident coordination skills
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- Ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance (10+ weeks)
- U.S. Citizen, flexible to work 24/7 rotating shifts

- Prior NOC or Service Desk experience
- Reporting and metric-based analysis
- Active DOJ Public Trust clearance
