Job Overview:
- We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, cloud technologies, and AI/ML, with proven experience building and scaling enterprise-grade technology solutions.
- The CTO will be responsible for driving the company’s technological vision, overseeing product development, managing engineering teams, and ensuring technology alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the company’s technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and reliable software systems.
- Oversee AI/ML initiatives and leverage emerging technologies like OpenAI and cloud-native solutions to enhance products and services.
- Manage and mentor high-performing engineering and data science teams.
- Architect solutions leveraging AWS, GCP, and OpenAI APIs to drive innovation.
- Ensure best practices in software development, cloud infrastructure, and data management.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and business leadership to define technical strategy and priorities.
- Oversee data security, compliance, and governance practices.
- Evaluate and implement new tools, frameworks, and platforms to improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Min 15+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and technology leadership.
- Strong hands-on background in Python and Java development.
- Expertise in cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, and OpenAI integrations.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML frameworks, model deployment, and data pipelines.
- Experience with databases: MySQL, MongoDB, and NoSQL systems.
- Proven track record in architecting enterprise solutions and leading engineering teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with data analytics and real-time data processing.
- Previous experience in startup or scaling environments is a plus.
