About the Role
A stealth-stage incubator is seeking a senior technical leader to serve as CTO across its portfolio. This role suits a founder-CTO type with experience taking products from zero-to-one and scaling them further. You’ll combine hands-on engineering with high-level strategy, owning the technology direction for the platform and supporting founders throughout incubation.
What You’ll Do
- Define and drive a unified technology strategy across the incubator
- Partner with founders on product development, architecture, and early technical hiring
- Architect shared systems, data infrastructure, and internal tools used across operating companies
- Lead development of AI agents, automation workflows, and vertical AI tools for real-world businesses
- Build and manage cross-functional teams across engineering, AI/ML, data, and product
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or Founding Engineer in a high-growth tech environment
- Proven ability to build and scale products
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels
- Experience guiding early-stage teams through architecture and execution
