Job Summary
We seek a diligent Platform Engineer to lead our Engineering Collaboration Services, focusing on optimizing the Centercode SaaS platform alongside secondary platforms like Jira and Confluence Cloud. This role involves ensuring exceptional platform performance, enhancing user experience, and actively driving the adoption of new features and integrations. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various teams to amplify the platform's value and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and uphold the high availability, performance, and reliability of the Centercode SaaS platform.
- Enhance user experience by providing timely support, resolving access issues, and facilitating smooth onboarding.
- Proactively introduce and encourage the use of new Centercode features to optimize team workflows.
- Keep abreast of and implement changes in Centercode, client's authentication systems, and ensure compliance with relevant audits.
- Generate and assess success metrics, manage user communities, and foster a feedback loop between users and developers.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven expertise in managing SaaS platforms, especially Centercode.
- Strong stakeholder communication and customer management skills.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge in Community Management and PLM systems such as Teamcenter is a plus. Familiarity with GDPR, Privacy, Security, and Integration compliance in a SaaS environment is essential.
