Job Description:
The WebEOC / EOC Application Administrator is responsible for administering, configuring, and supporting Juvare WebEOC V10 and assisting with the organization’s transition to WebEOC NexUs. This role supports both cloud and on-premises environments and provides technical, operational, and user support for EOC systems and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer and maintain WebEOC V10; support planning for WebEOC NexUs migration.
• Manage users, roles, permissions, incidents, notifications, and system settings.
• Develop, update, and troubleshoot boards (HTML/JavaScript).
• Support GIS integrations using ArcGIS API and assist with plug-ins and mapping tools.
• Assist with communication integrations (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
• Provide support for EOC systems such as Rave Alert.
• Deliver training, documentation, and real-time support during emergency activations.
• Work extended or irregular hours during emergency operations.
Required Qualifications
• Experience administering WebEOC V10 and supporting NexUs migration efforts.
• Board development/troubleshooting experience (HTML, JavaScript).
• GIS and ArcGIS API integration experience.
• Experience in cloud and on-prem WebEOC environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Rave Alert or similar EOC communication tools.
• Background in emergency management or public safety.
• Familiarity with APIs, scripting, and basic database concepts.
• Experience with .NET or Visual Studio Code.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, MIS, or related field and six years of related experience.
