We are hiring a Senior System Administrator with MSP experience to step in as an escalation focused engineer and help strengthen support as we grow. This role is about 80% escalations and 20% projects, ideal for someone who enjoys deep troubleshooting, ownership, and clear client communication.
What You Will Do
• Own Tier 2.5/3 escalations across Windows, Microsoft 365, servers, and networking
• Troubleshoot complex issues, drive root cause fixes, and reduce repeat tickets
• Support Windows Server environments including AD, GPO, DNS, and DHCP
• Support Microsoft 365 issues including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
• Troubleshoot connectivity and security issues including VPN, firewall, and VLAN concepts
• Assist with project work such as migrations, upgrades, refreshes, and security improvements
• Document work clearly and communicate updates in a calm client ready way
What You Bring
• MSP experience supporting multiple client environments
• Strong escalation troubleshooting skills and an ownership mindset
• Windows Server fundamentals including AD and Group Policy
• Microsoft 365 troubleshooting experience
• Networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and firewall concepts
• Strong documentation and client communication skills
• Interest in cybersecurity and willingness to keep learning
