The Opportunity
We are looking for a hands-on, product-driven CTO to evolve their platform architecture, scale the engineering organization, and lead the next phase of the company’s growth. This role is ideal for someone with startup DNA, a velocity mindset, and a customer-obsessed approach to building secure, scalable systems.
You will own technology strategy, engineering execution, and the long-term technical vision for a security platform that blends software automation with human expertise.
What You’ll Do
Technology & Architecture
- Architect and execute the technology roadmap for a next-generation agentic security platform.
- Build scalable systems for automated auditing, researcher collaboration, and real-time incident response.
- Drive the evolution of our platform from bespoke security workflows to SaaS-based productization.
Engineering Leadership
- Lead and mentor a distributed engineering team; grow the org while preserving startup speed and ownership.
- Implement engineering processes that balance high-quality security output with rapid iteration and MVP delivery.
- Foster a culture of pragmatism—shipping fast, avoiding over-engineering, and learning through iteration.
Product & Customer Impact
- Partner closely with customers to understand Web3 and financial-grade security requirements.
- Bridge deep technical security work (auditing, exploitation understanding) with productized automation.
- Ensure the platform meets the demands of high-urgency incident-response environments typical in Web3.

- Ability to bridge deep technical audit/security expertise with product engineering and platform automation.
- Experience with real-time systems, distributed architectures, or research/analysis tooling is a bonus.
