Akkodis is seeking a
System Administrator for a
Contract with a client in
Toledo, OH. Candidate must have proven expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC and IdentityIQ for lifecycle management and compliance.
Rate Range: $37/hour to $45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
System Administrator Job Responsibilities Include
- Lead SailPoint ISC implementation including requirement gathering, design, and configuration for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
- Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, HR platforms, and SaaS applications using SAML/OIDC protocols.
- Configure and manage security features like Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and birthright provisioning policies.
- Perform testing and deployment activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-go-live hyper-care support.
- Provide ongoing support for SailPoint IdentityIQ, including lifecycle management, RBAC, SoD policies, and compliance reporting.
- Develop custom workflows, rules, and reports, and manage upgrades, performance optimization, and audit readiness for regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6–8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with at least 3–4 years in SailPoint implementation and support.
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and IdentityIQ, including configuration, integration, and lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), compliance frameworks, and integration with enterprise systems (AD, HR, SaaS apps).

Pay Details: $37.00 to $45.00 per hour
