Your Career
Reporting to the PANFS Operations Manager, the Deal Management Analyst will play a critical role in supporting both presales and post sales deal activity for Palo Alto Networks Financial Services (or PANFS) the Company’s captive financing program. This is a role that requires collaboration with multiple teams including sales operations, sales finance, revenue, technical accounting, tax, legal, IT, and sales.
Your Impact
- Support the Financial Solutions Managers/Specialists on all incoming financing requests including pricing, deal structuring, and documentation
- Work closely with PANFS’s Credit and Operations Manager to ensure all PANFS transactions meet the minimum required risk profiles.
- Ensure that all PANFS transactions are processed accurately in accordance with PANFS documented policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with the Company’s legal team on all non-standard terms and conditions.
- Administer and support PANFS financing transactions over the entire deal lifecycle.
Your Experience
- Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent area
- Minimum 3 years of leasing/financing experience
- Strong working knowledge of the global leasing and finance industry (including accounting and revenue implications)
- Strong working knowledge of transaction structures for equipment and software financing including relevant experience with contract administration.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Exceptional organization, prioritization, multi-tasking and time management skills
- A proactive and assertive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications as well as certain Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to solve problems and think quickly under pressure
- Work effectively as a team player in a collaborative environment as well with peers and members of the greater organization
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Experience with Solifi (previously IDS Rapport and InfoLease) lease/loan system is a plus
- Experience managing and working with banks and third-party finance companies
- Knowledge of AI tools and a mindset for leveraging technology to improve efficiency.

The Team
Our sales operation team members support our sales account managers and systems engineers to assist in large organization’s migrations to more cybersecurity. Sales operations work behind the scenes to make sure that our sales relationships run smoothly, enabling and empowering the teams across the world. You support the sales team by providing research, reports, and craft and support systems and processes that enable the process of sales. It’s a true partnership, one built on building the best cybersecurity solutions for each individual client.
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $82,0,00 - $110000/YR.
