IT Administrator

Summary:
Ladris Technologies Inc. is an early-stage, rapidly growing AI software company in the climate risk market. We are seeking a talented and experienced IT Administrator to manage and optimize our IT infrastructure. This role focuses on AWS, CRM, ERP, HubSpot, Jira, and Slack, with a strong emphasis on ensuring SOC 2 compliance and supporting audits. You will play a critical role in maintaining the security, efficiency, and reliability of our technology systems.
Responsibilities:
- AWS Management: Oversee and maintain AWS infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability
- System Administration: Administer and optimize CRM, ERP, HubSpot, Jira, and Slack, ensuring seamless integration and functionality
- Compliance: Ensure ongoing compliance with SOC 2 standards, including preparation and support for audits
- Security: Implement and manage IT security policies, procedures, and best practices to protect company data and assets
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and training to staff, ensuring efficient use of IT systems and tools
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to optimize IT-related processes and support business objectives
Professional Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of AWS, CRM, ERP systems, HubSpot, Jira, and Slack
- Strong understanding of SOC 2 compliance and experience with audits
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, SOC 2) are a plus.
- Proficient with GSuite, Office 365 & QuickBooks
