Good For Me has developed several successful brands and our products are sold in over thousand retailers in Norway including pharmacies and our own online store. After establishing a strong position we are now looking to expand to the US and grow the team.
We are seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or experienced commercial leader who is ready to take the leap and become an entrepreneur to build the business in the US. The CEO will be overseeing all sides of the business, with a focus on strategy, go-to-market and business development.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with a significant portion in the beauty, wellness, or consumer goods industries.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving financial targets.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends in beauty and wellness.
- Experience in product development and innovation, with a passion for creating impactful, customer-focused solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L.
- Commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices.
