We're looking for a passionate software engineer to help build and scale our MVP into a game-changing platform.
What You’ll Do
As the Co-Founder & CTO, you’ll take ownership of ChurnPilot’s technical foundation and work alongside the CEO to shape our product and its impact. You’ll be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining our core platform using Python (backend) and React (frontend).
- Integrating with CRMs, email platforms, and sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Stripe.
- Building scalable machine learning models using TensorFlow to enhance predictive capabilities.
- Deploying and managing our infrastructure on Azure and ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
- Collaborating with the founding team to define product features and prioritize development.
- Leading technical decision-making, from architecture to tech stack refinements.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 4+ years in full-stack development, with expertise in Python, React, Node.js, and Javascript.
- Skills: Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow or similar) and cloud platforms (Snowflake and Microsoft Azure preferred).
- Product Development: Proven ability to build and ship MVPs for SaaS platforms, ideally in B2B contexts.
- Leadership: A proactive problem solver who’s comfortable leading technical initiatives and mentoring future hires.
- Start-up Mindset: Excited to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, taking initiative and wearing multiple hats.
QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH HANDS-ON CODING AND SOFTWARE ENGINEERING.
Compensation
- 30% equity with a standard 4-year vesting schedule (1-year cliff).
- $120,000 starting salary upon the company meeting either a revenue or fundraising milestone, details will be provided in job offer.
- Lucrative annual performance bonus tied to company P&L, fundraising, and GTM objectives.
