Qualifications:

Operate and manage fraud-monitoring products and tools while maintaining a positive, informative member experience during fraud verification or reporting.
Utilize manual and automated processes to detect, verify, and urgently contact members regarding suspicious transactions.
Investigate fraud cases, identify points of compromise, and assess potential loss exposure, ensuring documentation follows established guidelines.
Review and resolve deposit fraud, account fraud, and check fraud cases within department expectations.
Assist members and internal teams with fraud-related inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
Respond to department phone calls and internal communication in a timely, service-oriented manner.

Location: Hybrid Sacramento, CA

Salary Range: The salary for this position is $50,000 - $55,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
