Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a System Administrator located in San Francisco, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support to users, and overseeing network administration. Daily tasks will also include system monitoring, performance tuning, and ensuring the security and efficiency of IT operations.

Qualifications

Skills in System Administration, Network Administration, and Information Technology
Expertise in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in managing IT infrastructure within an organization
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus
