Experience at adjacent platforms like Instagram Shopping, Shopify (especially Shop App), Etsy, Amazon Seller Central, or YouTube Shopping is also highly relevant. This role begins as equity-only (just like the founders, CEO, COO, and CFO no one’s drawing a salary yet). Once Series A closes expected in a few months the role transitions to a full-time paid position with market salary + stock options.

About Us

One Stop Swap is a next-gen livestream shopping platform preparing for launch. We’ve raised an initial seed round and are now entering Seed II and Series A fundraising in the coming months. The app is being built by a top-tier outsourced dev team, but we need someone technical and strategic to lead from our side and be in the room when it counts.

What We’re Looking For

We’re hiring a CTO to join the founding team. You’ll serve as our internal tech lead and product manager overseeing communication with our external developers, managing timelines, and making sure our product vision is executed. But equally important: we need you on investor calls and pitch meetings to speak confidently about our tech roadmap, infrastructure, and product differentiation.

This is a strategic role that starts now and evolves quickly into a full-time position.

What You’ll Do

- Represent our tech vision to investors and partners

- Act as the primary liaison with our outsourced dev team (weekly calls, product oversight)

- Help us scope the V2 roadmap post-launch

- Ensure technical decisions align with business goals

- Contribute to long-term hiring and scaling plans

Who You Are

- Experienced in startup environments, ideally as a founding or early-stage team member

- Technically fluent but equally strong in communication

- Confident answering investor questions about product architecture, scalability, and innovation
